EASY GRILLED PRAWNS WITH HERB OIL

Ingerdients
For the Prawn:
- about 25 fresh, uncooked prawns (you can also use squid)
- salt, white pepper
- about 2 small teaspoons garlic powder
- about 3 tablespoons oil
For Herb oil:
- handful of leaf parsley
- juice of one lemon
- about 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
- salt, white pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic
To serve:
- 1 large ciabatta
- 1 clove garlic
- chilli (according to taste)
Preparation
Prawn Preparation
- Mix oil with salt, pepper and garlic. Add prawns to oil and marinate, ideally overnight. Heat grill on high and grill prawns briefly on both sides.
Herb Oil Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a shallow container and liquidise with a hand blender. Allow herb oil to rest for at least an hour.
To Serve
- Once after putting prawns on the grill, add slices of bread and grill until crispy. Then rub each slice with garlic, add prawns, a few drops of herb oil, and chilli or lemon to taste.
